As a seasoned teacher in both public and private schools, I have had many a lesson that just needed a little enhancement.  Maybe it was a student who worked quickly and needed some extra work, maybe it was something to re-enforce what they are learning.

Same rules apply for homeschooling.  Let’s face it…sometimes the curriculum alone just isn’t enough.  Sometimes you need something a little extra (or more fun) to use with your kids.

Printables are a lifesaver for teacher.  They can be duplicated for multiple learners, reprinted as needed and are simple and easy to use.  This is especially true when they are free.  Check out these awesome options…

Coloring Printables (Kristi Trimmer)  are a fun diversion for kids when you are working with a sibling. They are also a great way to teach colors and practice fine motor skills.
