When I was making the menu for the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Party, I wanted to keep my menu items as themed as possible. While I did use Mickey heads for quite a few items, I wanted the food to reflect the show.

Even parties i’m NOT styling, I will often get a call from the hostess asking me to either bring this punch or give her the recipe so she can make it.
I love how simple it is and how it definitely tastes AMAZING every time.
There are a few different variations of this punch I have served and equally loved. Like the punch above, I made with blueberries and blueberry flavored water and it was DELICIOUS!
This version just added some pink food coloring to the mix so the punch matched the birthday girl’s request for pink lemonade! Same great flavor with a little color!
The best part of this recipe is honestly how easy it is. You can double or triple the recipe easily and continue adding more as you need it.
For a typical party, I usually start with a double batch and have 1-2 extra batches worth of ingredients to add as the party goes on.
If I notice the level starting to get low, I just add another batch into the beverage dispenser and it’s good to go.
I highly recommend grabbing an inexpensive dispenser like the one shown in these photos. They work so well and can be used over and over and make serving lemonade or tea or water soooo simple!
