I hope everyone had a great Valentine’s Day.  I know I did:)  I had the pleasure of helping/attending my daughter’s preschool class’ Valentine’s Day party.  My daughter thought having Mommy therefor her party was the best thing EVER.  I absolutely loved watching how into it all she was.  She put each Valentine into her friends’ bags like they were super fragile and special.. So careful and detailed.  That’s my girl:)

For her Valentines I paired the valentines from my BEE Mine Valentine’s Package with some homemade bee shaped crayons for BEE Mine.IMG_8042 2

The crayons were super easy to make.  I took broken crayon pieces (I actually bought packs of crayons and broke them up,but you can do this with old crayons you have lying around the house too) and placed them into a silicone baking mold.  Here is the mold I used for these crayons (8 Cavity Insect Silicone Cake Mold Pan (Lady Bugs, Butterflies, Bees and Dragonflies) Cavities are 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ x 1 1/4″ deep).  I baked the crayons at 300° fro about 10 mins. I had to pull the melted crayons out and add more crayons because the cavities in the mold were pretty big. Each crayon took about 8 regular crayons to make.  Once they were done baking, I let them cool and then popped the crayons out of the mold.  Easy Peasy.  Once ready, I placed the crayons in plastic treat bags and tied to the valentine with ribbon….

To coordinate with her Valentines I had shirts made to match by the super talented Rachel at *golden*.  They were PERFECT…Here are some pictures of my Valentines in their shirts:
