Can’t believe its already time for Valentine’s Day….Seriously doesn’t it feel like Christmas was just last week??? Ahhhh…this year is going CRAZY fast.
My girls are super stoked about Valentine’s Day this year. Especially my Aubrey.
Even though she did Valentine’s the last two years with her preschool classes…this is the first year she gets to do “big girl valentine’s” since she’s a “big girl kindergartener”!! Time sure flies…
For the girls’ valentine’s this year we definitely wanted to do some arrows…they are ALL about the arrows. Lately Aubrey has been obsessed with Tiger Lily from Peter Pan.
We have watched 3 different versions of the live stage play this month alone. SERIOUSLY OBSESSED.
So…we made her some cute “Indian inspired” but still fun and trendy Arrow Valentine’s reading “I aim to make you my Valentine”. Cute, right? Check them out…
These ridiculously adorable cookies were made by Sunshine Bakes to match the girls’ valentines and awesome-sauce dresses from Crazy 8. LOVE them!!
How to make Bow and Arrow themed Valentines
They were sooo very excited to put these Valentine’s together. To make the cookie bags, I used 4-Inch Clear Treat Bags.
I cut them in half and hot glued the top of the bag (folded over slightly) to the inside of the valentine card. Perfect!!
Sometimes Valentines can be made with the simplest ideas. They don’t have to be complicated or expensive. A few little cookies and some free printable valentine cards! Perfection.
Of course, it didn’t break this mama’s heart to be able to match the valentines to their little dresses!
Love them!!! I feel so blessed to have such beautiful, amazing little valentines!!
I have also made these valentine’s in the traditional red and pink Valentine’s Day colors. I think they look AMAZING in these colors as well. Oh and bonus…Beth at Sunshine Bakes makes these adorable little cookies in the reds and pink EVERY Year!!! Winning!!
