Easy Rugrats Cupcakes Tutorial: STEP by STEP

Alright…let’s make some cupcakes!

Materials:

Step 1:

Bake cupcakes using recipe of choice and allow to fully cool.  If you are in a hurry (or frankly not a baker)…you can also buy cupcakes and scrape off the frosting to decorate.

Step 2:

Prep the fondant.  Roll the fondant out to 1/4 inch thick.  Cut the fondant into a glasses shape.  This will be two 1 inch squares with a small rectangle connecting them.  Then cut out a smaller squares for the glasses center.  Set aside for the fondant to harden.

Step 3:

Once the fondant is hardened, place a thin layer of frosting on the top of the cupcakes.  Then place a small handful of cotton candy on the cupcake and top with the glasses.

Easy peasy and ready to enjoy!
